This delicious Jollof is a recipe that my mom taught me. It was one of the first Ghanaian dishes that I learned to cook. It is simple to make yet filled with so much flavor, especially with the added meat and vegetables. No matter what is added, it remains a family favorite.

Salmon has to be one of my favorite fish to eat and this recipe does not disappoint. The different blends of herbs and spices enhances the flavor of the salmon and it goes great with rice (including jollof), potatoes, or even just a side salad or vegetables.

A family hit every time and one of my favorite ways to eat plantain! This popular Ghanaian dish is one of my favorites to make. The ginger and peppers blend together with the sweetness of the plantain to give a satisfying bite each time.
