Esi Acquaah

Hello everyone and welcome to my food blog! My name is Esi and I am the author and creator of this food journal. I currently live in Glen Allen, Virginia (will be relocating to Atlanta, Georgia soon for school !!!) One of my favorite things to do is make homemade meals with my family.

After years of cooking with them and coming up with recipes, I decided to share some of them with the internet. On this blog, you will see a variety of different meals from traditional Ghanaian dishes to my families' decadent french toast recipe. My hope is to inspire you with these delicious meals and hopefully get you to try cooking some for family and friends.
