







CORNED BEEF STEW
Ingredients

2 cans corned beef
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 finely chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon marsala
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
2 eggs
2 teaspoons flour

Directions
​
(1) Remove corned beef from can and set aside
(2) Finely chop your onions
(3) In a bowl combine eggs, onions, black pepper, marsala, curry powder, and flour
(4) Add corned beef and mix well
(5) Form corned beef mixture into a ball shape using a spoon
(6) Add 4 tablespoons oil to pot and fry corned beef balls on medium heat
(7) Add corned beef to stew base and cook for an additional 10 minutes on low (Stew Base Link Below)
(8) Enjoy. You can serve this stew with rice, potatoes, plantains, and yams!

Note: to prevent balls from sticking to pan, place 1 tablespoon salt in frying pan while heat is on medium and take a paper towel and swirl salt around pan. Dump out salt and rinse with water and proceed to add oil to pan and fry as normal
