GHANA PANCAKE (CREPE)
Ingredients
​
1 cup water
1 cup milk (I use Lactaid)
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup - 1 cup sugar
Pinch of salt
1 teaspoon nutmeg
2 eggs

Directions
(1) In a blender, combine flour, sugar, water, milk, salt, and eggs
(2) Blend thoroughly
(3) Pour batter into a bowl and whisk in nutmeg
(4) Prep frying pan with grease and pour in batter using ladle
(5) Fry until golden brown
(6) Use a fork and knife to roll crepe

Note: make sure batter is thin
