FRENCH TOAST
Ingredients
​
2 loafs of bread (I prefer Trader Joe's brioche)
1 1/2 cup milk (half and half)
5 egg(s)
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg
2 tablespoon sugar
A pinch of salt

Directions
​
(1) In a bowl whisk together eggs, milk, nutmeg and cinnamon until smooth or completely blended
(2) Oil a griddle or skillet and place over medium-high heat.
(3) Dunk each slice of bread in mixture and make sure you soak both sides.
(4) Cook both sides until golden.

Note: The amount of ingredients used is dependent on the quantity of French toast that needs to be made.
