CHICKEN STEW
Ingredients
​
Chicken Thighs
2 teaspoons marsala
2 teaspoons curry powder
2 teaspoons black pepper
2 teaspoons seasoning salt
1 yellow onion (Chopped)
​
Directions
​
(1) Rinse Chicken and remove skin
(2) Cut chicken into smaller pieces
(3) Season with onions, marsala, curry, black pepper, and seasoning salt
(4) Bake chicken at 350 for an hour
(5) Prepare stew base while chicken is in oven
(6) Once chicken is done add to stew base
